Refund Policy

Digital product disclosure

MathQuest sells digital, one-time-purchase access to math topic content (quiz levels, questions, and explanations). Each topic costs ₹49–₹99. Once purchased, access is granted instantly and is permanent.

7-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with a purchased topic, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 2 levels of that topic. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

When refunds are not available

• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
• You have completed 3 or more levels of the topic.
• The purchase was made fraudulently or via a chargeback.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment was deducted but access was not granted, or if you were charged more than once for the same topic, we will refund the full amount automatically. Contact us within 30 days at the support email below.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@mathquest.com with your registered email and the order ID (visible in your dashboard). We will respond within 2 business days.
